Theory of Change

If ACCO promotes and supports Church-led evangelism by equipping local Anglican churches with training, Bibles, resources, and infrastructure; and simultaneously provides integrated humanitarian support (shelter, seeds, farming tools, food, health, protection, and WASH services) to displaced persons, orphaned children, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable communities; and actively facilitates peacebuilding and reconciliation among church leaders and conflict-affected communities; and operates with conflict sensitivity, gender equality, environmental stewardship, and robust accountability (MEAL, AAP, PSEA) —

then vulnerable populations will experience restored dignity, resilience, food security, safety, and hope, while local churches grow spiritually and numerically through their own evangelistic efforts — leading to a more just, peaceful, and resilient South Sudan where the Gospel transforms individuals and communities.
