Trauma-informed reconciliation processes, mediation, and leadership accountability within churches and communities — rebuilding trust as a non-negotiable priority.

Key Activities

  • Church & community peacebuilding: trauma-informed reconciliation, mediation, and leadership accountability mechanisms, including between rival church leaders.
  • Strengthening relationships among church leaders: addressing abuses of power, promoting transparency, healing divisions, and establishing clear guidelines for conduct.
  • Conflict sensitivity training: do-no-harm principles for all staff and church partners.
